Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the items you receive. If there are, please inform us within a WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be more than happy to help resolve the issue! All items are inspected upon shipment, so please provide photographic proof that the item has been damaged or is faulty.
